The website is hosted on a secure cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability and protection of the data exchanged through the ILIYS platform.

ILIYS application data (accounts, companies, chauffeurs, rides, real-time synchronisation) is hosted on a secure managed cloud infrastructure built on Supabase and Amazon Web Services, operated on behalf of YL Services.

This data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, backed up automatically and strictly partitioned between client companies: no company can access another company's data.

Data access is limited to authorised YL Services personnel, solely for operating, maintaining and supporting the service. Payments are processed by Stripe; YL Services never stores any banking details.

All elements of iliys.com (text, visuals, logo, structure, code) as well as the ILIYS application are the exclusive property of YL Services and are protected by copyright.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of YL Services is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.

ILIYS is a dispatch application for passenger transport companies, limousine fleets and private chauffeurs. It centralises ride management, real-time synchronisation between dispatch, chauffeurs and corporate clients, and invoicing.

ILIYS is also an introduction platform allowing independent chauffeurs to subcontract rides to one another. ILIYS does not collect the ride amount, which is settled directly between chauffeurs.

Access to the application is free, with no subscription and no driver limit. Only an introduction commission is charged on subcontracted rides, under the conditions set out in the terms.

Introduction commissions are invoiced by YL Services, the entity operating the ILIYS platform. They are charged automatically once a month to the bank card registered by the chauffeur, via Stripe.

YL Services strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this site but cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. YL Services shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions or for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the application.

YL Services attaches great importance to protecting its users' personal data. Data collected through the website and the application (name, contact details, ride information) is processed solely to deliver the ILIYS service, bill subscriptions and provide customer support.

This data is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. Each client company keeps full control over its data, strictly partitioned from every other company's.

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by writing to contact@iliys.com.

The website only uses strictly necessary technical cookies (language preferences, browsing session). No advertising cookies are set.
