Privacy policy

Contact data: when you write to us or request onboarding help, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Account and operational data: when an account is created, we process information about your company, chauffeurs, vehicles, corporate clients and completed rides.

Payment data: subscriptions are handled by Stripe. YL Services never stores card details; we only keep the subscription identifier and billing history.

Technical data: connection logs, IP address, browser type and pages viewed, for security and service reliability.

Data is used to operate the ILIYS service, answer your requests, manage subscriptions and invoicing, provide customer support, secure the platform and meet legal and accounting obligations.

No data is sold. No data is shared with third parties for advertising or prospecting purposes.

The marketing site only uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage: language preference, currency preference and browsing session. No advertising cookies or third-party profiling trackers are set.

Application data is hosted on a secure managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase / Amazon Web Services), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and strictly partitioned between client companies.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe. These providers act as processors and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived for a maximum of 24 months. Account data is kept for the duration of the subscription and deleted or anonymised within 90 days of account closure, subject to statutory accounting retention periods.

Under the Swiss FADP and the GDPR where applicable, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

Data access is limited to authorised YL Services staff, solely for operations, maintenance and support. Access is logged, backups are automated and data partitioning is enforced at database level.

Location: with your permission, the ILIYS app collects your device's precise location, including in the background for chauffeurs during an active ride, to show the vehicle's position, track the ride and calculate distance. You can disable location at any time in your device settings.

Other data processed by the app: name, email address, phone number, user identifiers, booking details (addresses, date, flight numbers, vehicles, passengers), messages with support, push notification tokens, and crash and performance diagnostics.

Permissions used: location, notifications, camera and photos (only to upload documents or a profile picture), and network access.

Data sharing: data is only shared with the transport company and chauffeur handling your ride, and with our service providers (cloud hosting, Stripe for payments, Google Maps for maps and addresses, email delivery). No data is sold or used for advertising.

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

From the app: open the ILIYS app, go to the Account (or Profile) section, tap "Delete my account", then confirm. Deletion is permanent.

By email: write to contact@iliys.com from the email address linked to your account. We reply within 30 days.

Data deleted: account data (name, email address, phone number), company, chauffeur, vehicle and client data, ride history, messages with support and push notification tokens.

Data retained: invoices and payment records are kept for up to 10 years for legal and accounting obligations, with no other use.

The ILIYS service is not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or to regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page.
